Bloomberg Technology reported: Armenian lenders signed a syndicated loan agreement to provide $300 million for the construction of Firebird AI’s data center, High-Tech Industry Minister Mkhitar Hayrapetyan said Friday, calling it the country’s first joint-financing project of that size.

The more useful question is whether the supporting layer around cloud infrastructure is flexible enough to turn that demand into available capacity. The constraint is capital discipline.
